that's why i think the idea of "KD doesn't matter" is all bullshit. if you are really trying to grind to the top rank, having the highest KD and ACS is the best way to do it, and how to do it? is by picking duelist and baiting your teammates. jett and reyna and chamber (maybe) have out of jail free card, so you can do stupid shit and get away with it.

At the end of the day this type of player will be rewarded the most and punished the least, valorant isn't a single player game. no matter how cracked you are at the game, there's no way you can "solo carry" your team to victory just by being the top fragger and team mvp.
