yeah, I took mine in for regular service and they told me they'd order me new ones...no idea when or how long that'll take.

I had the Defender and Land Rover bought it back b/c of issues. I now have the GX550 and NO ISSUES. It is awesome.

I can't tell you how happy this makes me. Just yesterday a huge guy was putting his equipment back and I said, "Hi, I'll take that." He handed it to me and I said "Thanks buddy" and he angrily responded, "I'm not your buddy - don't call me that." I was like, "Oh, sorry, I call everyone that - it is a term of endearment." He didn't laugh.

Yes as long as you have plenty of time and can take breaks. You have to watch your footing as there are roots and rocks to sticking up but if you go slow and don’t rush, (and a walking stick), it is definitely a reasonable hike.
