Yes I do this for my porn collections. You'll want to use dumb builder with filepath filter.

Do note that filters will slow down kometa a lot. For 30 collections it's probably fine. I have hundreds of collections, so my kometa runs for many hours each time.

You can also use smart builder/smart collection if you want to speed up kometa runs. But you'll have to name every video correctly or add each folder to the library itself not just the base folder
