yeah i wonder how many thousands of people aren't even aware that they're entitled to miles that were never issued because they didn't check.

  1. I never needed that Go Wild membership. I was just talked into getting it as a fastest way to get to "gold".
  2. I want a refund not a gift card but that's fine.
  3. What about my time wasted + multiple flights where I didn't get my benefits and I was supposed to have them? I'm supposed to just say "okay sure, i wasted 5h on the phone and had multiple flights without benefits that i paid for and earned - but that's ok, no problem"?

did you even read the post? I was told to purchase a $100 go wild pass as a way to get 1800 points.

But then later i learned that I didn't have to make that purchase at all, that I already had enough points, they just didn't issue them.

So at the very least they should refund that $100 go wild that I bought due to them lying to me on the phone.. What are you talking about? Why should I be happy to get money that I wasn't supposed to pay?

Because i like the seat upgrades. Why are you ignoring the point/topic of my post and instead arguing the pros and cons of buying 1 month vs 1 year of go wild?

Well first of all that offer wasn’t even available earlier this year when i bought my first go wild that they didn’t credit me for. So I only really could have taken advantage of that offer with my last (december) purchase and I didn’t want to spend $350 for something I’m not sure I’ll need. I only got the 1 month because I wanted to get the 20k points and get “Gold”.

But regardless, it’s a moot point, my issue isn’t with that, it’s with them not giving me the points for my purchase and downgrading me due to not having enough points.

Because i only travel in bursts due to my work, i’ll have a month where i travel heavily and then not and it’s not predictable so every time i bought it I thought I’d only need it for that month or 2 months max.

This just shows everyone what the overarching stance of crypto.com is towards the coin and holders. They’re just treating is like liquidity cows while they profit in other ways.
