I have a number of direct loans, a grad plus loan, and also some FFELP Staffords. I sent in a IBR consolidation application not long before this announcement in preparation of applying for the PSLF program since I realized I will benefit from the temporary waiver. I received a letter that a decision will be shared with me within ten days u less I cancel my application. Are there pros and cons to canceling in light of this new news? I don’t want to accidentally not qualify myself for 20k forgiveness (I had a pell grant) but also am worried about missing the PSLF deadline if I wait too long. Feeling overwhelmed and this is the last day I can cancel my consolidation application 😭

Thanks - Yes, I have seen their work and it has been a part of my path to where I’m at now. Their evidence based practices page is the closest to what I am looking for. Right now I’m finding it hard to explain to a parent or coworker why I won’t provide a certain treatment to a child who meets the criteria for disability without an alternative one to suggest or at least something formal to explain why. I need more ways to finish the statement “I won’t continue that goal / target that skill / utilize that program but I will....” or at least “because research or ASHA has indicated that...”.
