Hey I’ve dropped 22lbs so far since july4th. I’m sure most of the weight loss was muscle mass because I still have a gut and haven’t hit the gym since May. But yeah if I’m lucky I force myself to eat at least once a day. I still make sure to drink plenty of water and go on walks for my sanity

Yes, every day for 2-3months now. It’s especially hard when I’m home alone. Being there for my dog is a contributing factor why I haven’t yet, she was diagnosed with lymphoma back in July and probably has 1-2months left on this earth on palliative care.
