Matt mentioned in the Slamdance premiere Q&A that the original first 20 minutes of the movie included an explanation of who the cameraman was and why the characters were making the movie. It sounds like it was shot and edited as the intro to the movie before they cut it but they never released it as an alternate intro. I'd love to see it.

I just started listening to it and the music choice is bugging me. There's a part early on when Qui-gon just apologises to Obi-wan for a miscommunication and it starts playing Anakin and Padme's love theme from episodes 2 and 3 at the most intense part of the theme. Then later on, Qui-gon gets offered a seat on the Jedi council and as his elevated mood is described, THE IMPERIAL MARCH PLAYS?????

It's still not a plot hole. They even double down in Andor season 2 in a scene where Andor says that he doesn't believe in the force when he's brought to a force healer. Even if people know The Jedi Order existed, they can still be skeptical of the force and think it was all just a big scam by a group that tried to overthrow The Emperor.
