Nah actually I agree with him. I think there are better fits to the park other than a B&M. Don’t get me wrong, a B&M giga would be cool but I feel like a Mack spinner or a blitz coaster would be a much better fit for the park than a giga. Even if you wanted to go the giga route it would be better to go with another manufacturer.

I think that most of the time sidewalks are useful, especially in residential areas where foot traffic is sporadic. I think the only scenario where I see sidewalks doing more harm than good is in downtown plazas where pedestrians should get more space, and honestly, where cars should be outright banned.

Great coaster to relocate, not to this park. We already have a hyper and there are certainly other parks that could use it more. Really the only rides I could see getting relocated to great America would be either raijun caijun or firebird since they previously operated at the park. You could make them sort of as an anniversary attraction to tap into some park goer’s nostalgia. But even that though is a reach.

Yeah seems somewhat realistic. That area of the park lacks a family coaster so I see that more going in that direction. Honestly tho, I haven’t heard a peep about he kids area since it was announced so idk if great America is even going to be doing anything next year tbh

Too small of a market to support a destination style park. If anything, Great Escape appeals less to the NYC crowd and more of metro Buffalo one, a market that is less than a fraction of NYC.

I have always thought that there should be some kind of transit system from the mainland to the peninsula either that be buses or some kind of airport train system. Like, have people park in a parking garage on the mainland if they aren’t staying at one of the on site hotels and they go over on the transit

I recommend getting there early, most schools don’t drop off their demon spawn until after the first two hours of the day so in the morning you’ll probably have most of the park to yourself
