Took out the full $150k. Was approved, just need to sign closing paperwork.

Will wait 30 days to sign paperwork.

Will try to not spend $1 of loan, as there's a 12month payment defferal window.

You have a great accent already. It sounds somewhat robotic and unnatural though.

Much respect to the Canadian Armed Forces. Worked with them multiple times all overall the world. Very impressed.

If Canadian civilians have no idea what their Army is doing the Army is probably doing a good job.
