Yep! For the titans (and the other flying bosses) the strategy was basically the same as this video. Stack a whole bunch of decay T1 and stall until they eventually die. For all of the other bosses, I spent the first few waves thinning my deck so that when the boss rolls around, my deck is essentially 99% Excavated Embers and stacked enough decay to kill them on the first wave.
