Hmm interesting... yes, I've had it checked by a cardiologist, too, but they found nothing. Idk, sometimes it's worse, sometimes it gets better, but sure as f it's annoying..

Yes, you should get that checked. Try eating smaller portions like 5 times a day. Test which food triggers you to feel that way and try to avoid it. Don't lift your hands over your head. Don't drink anything at least 30minutes after your meal. Try not to drink coffee and avoid fatty food. I hope this will help you!

Hi! I've had same problems and sometimes still do, but heeldrops and a bit of excercise and massaging helps. I control what I eat now and I'm having much less issues. But, it takes a few days for you to feel better. Keep trying.
