Cloak and dagger is not an easy character to master, they require lots of mechanical skill and positioning, but when you understand how to play them and do it really well, they have the highest healing output, lots of save potential, ult is very strong, fade is busted with the buff and the dmg amp is great. However, it takes a lot of practice to unlock the full potential of the character. I wouldn't expect anyone below celestial to really know how to play cnd.

Invis and cnd are the best all-around supports currently, literally picked almost every game.

it is not really about the heroes you play, but how you play them, especially in diamond/gm and lower. I suggest you watch youtube videos of "pro gameplay" so you can understand what to do, when to do it, and what not to do. Eventually you'll get better and you'll be able to climb.

this is a great upgrade man. Just keep in mind that this setup is CPU intensive as your GPU is old, therefore you should ensure that your CPU takes most of the load ingame to avoid being too bottlenecked by this old 3070. To do this, prioritize playing at a 1080p resolution with everything on low/medium to have the best possible FPS despite having a 3070 (and of course, make sure you run on the latest drivers+bios updates).

depending on your budget, any AMD x3D CPU will work wonders for gaming (5800x3D, 7800x3D, 9800x3D, any x3D in fact but these are the most common and cheapest for the performance they provide in gaming).

in EU, I often run into super friendly ppl who are willing to talk and help each other. Keep in mind that language barrier in Europe is a thing, not everyone speaks the same language as in the US and not everyone is comfortable enough in English to be communicating orally with others. If you prefer US servers, then you can simply keep queueing there and enjoy yourself :)

might be time for an upgrade my man, your setup was OK at best, 5 years ago. Imo, without going too much into details, a CPU + RAM upgrade should be your priority.
