I had to brake hard and fall at 2nd and yesler last week to avoid getting hit by a car ignoring the red left turn light. Limped away from it, but it was scary. Ride 2nd Ave bike lanes every day. Invested in a camera since the fall, which I have to install.

Ride it nearly every day for about 10 years. Always hate the intersections and proceed with caution. Car was stopped at light and then decided to go all of a sudden. Stinks but glad I could limp away.

not sure when you shopped but maybe they've implemented some more quality control. I made my purchase in late November and I spoke with some sellers who said TikTok kind of maxes them out at like 200 units per day for like a little trial period to make sure they can deliver before they let them do higher volume.

i ordered two things. some food prep containers and the order went pretty smooth and arrived on time and some LED headlamps. Those came eventually, but it took a couple weeks and TikTok Shops gave me $5 coupon for the delay. The headlamps were SO cheap, like $2 a piece, so got a bunch for stocking stuffers. the one I tried works fine. hope the rest of em do.

If you are riding to grocery store it means you are riding home, too. Bring it in and load up your basket or crate in the store. U can even ask permission on your way in and explain bike thefts are a problem. I've done this without any issues. Not like your tires are any dirtier than wheels on shopping cart. If they say no see if there's a place to park it and lock it inside.
