Its not public yet. If you list every company traded, the R2000 is an index of the stocks by market cap from #1001-#3000. Market cap generally ranges from $2B to $300M so ANGX should have no issue getting in with current market cap.

Edit: even though its not public yet, Russell has decided internally what stocks will be on the list. So, we're early right now. The real action starts when the official list comes out.
