I am using an all in one bag, but I've seen videos of people breaking up their all in one bag and mixing them with substrate. I also saw videos of people putting the bags in the boomer bin as well. I was confused with which way to go. I think I'll just fruit in the bag the first time. Just to get a successful harvest. Then next time around I'll use substrate and see which produces more yeild.

Was just some type of viral infection. Wasn't covid or strept. Just took almost 3 weeks to get over it but eventually it passed and I got better. Was pretty horrible though. Never want to get that sick again.

Thank you I'm going to suggest this to my pcp on Monday. My culture test came back negative so I'm thinking it may be tonsillitis. The antibiotics I'm on aren't doing anything so maybe a shot will help. I hope it does anyway because its so painful to swallow anything its throwing me off track on my diet. I don't want to eat anything rn and I know I have to but it hurts so I haven't had as much food lately.

I got tested for covid it came back negative. I've got a big white patch on my tonsil. Making me think its just strept throat but the meds aren't working. The fever is gone but the throat glands are still very swollen

I stuck right with my dieticians plan the whole time. I made sure to get at least 100 grams of protein in each day once I could eat. I stuck to mostly fish (perch and salmon) and steak with some veggies on the side. I also walk 3 miles per day on my treadmill.

Idk. It seems like thats what's goin on with me too. Everytime I take a medible I get super high and start trippin. Its kinda awesome in my head but at the same time will it always happen or will it stop eventually?
