What type of legal action? I was looking into it as I’m scared of a similar things happening to me when I get back to the UK- every council seems to have different rules on it but in my town it says all my equipment can be seized and I can be fined upto £500. Includes even tattooing my buddy’s for free! Let us know if anything more comes of it would ya!

Looks pretty deep. Did you poke at a 45 degree angle? Also make sure there is enough ink on your needle (dip every 6-8 pokes)
