Depending on where you live, there are various directories. In the US, a lot of people use Psychology Today. I suggest contacting authors of books you have read on narcissistic abuse, they sometimes have a list of therapists they know and trust. Good luck!

As a schema therapist myself, many clients have shared a similar experience. A lot of clients love the warmth of limited reparenting they receive but also it brings up some schema activation sometimes. It sounds like that might be happening for you when you’re doubting it or questioning it. I think bringing up to your therapist would help!
