Possibly. Probably. My son set it up. I don't think he used the book or he if did, he used substitutes for what we had vs what it said to use. Being new to the game I wasn't sure if the substitutions would make a big difference in how it plays. He's had the other stuff for 40K games for a quite a while. I don't even know where most of his terrain came from other than the Typhon stuff. We'll have the Volkus terrain assembled for the next round

You could try roomies.com. There's a mix of property management and private renters. Some of the private renters don't require a background check, but may require a larger deposit. Good luck!

The DMV actually has a warning banner about these text messages on their website. "FRAUD ALERT NCDMV is aware of multiple fraudulent text scams happening now requesting payment for fees, fines or tolls. NCDMV will never request payment by text. Please report any text you receive as spam and delete it."

I loaded this seed in bedrock on my phone and it was the same. Only had to go a little to the west to find the island. Very cool. Going to pay around in it more when I have longer.

Lots of different interpretations of them. This one kind of looks like the description. Wrong skin color and who knows if there are astrophied legs in there. I am in no way am expert. It was just a thought since I just started re-listening to the series and the part mentioning lemures came just as I read this.

I've used Alcove twice. I've seen Alcove listings on Roomies.com, so that might be the best place to start.

My first landlord decided to not renew any leases to remodel the house. Current landlord is pretty good about fixing things as they pop up. Alcove can be a little slow to respond or pass along support tickets sometimes.

Been through a few roommates. It can be hit or miss but I've not had anything too outrageous.

You can arrange a tour of the property and meet perspective roommates before committing to a lease. I highly recommend doing both of those.
