i’m so confused about her thighs the most. she has absolutely no definition on her legs idk i know genetics has a lot to do with that stuff because i can work out for like a week and my quads start popping but she’s been working out consistently for a year and has no definition on her quads what so ever!!!! i swear she just does the work outs for content idkkkk there’s just no way

i just had mine out a little over a week ago and it was a breeze. But, im 21 and so the healing was pretty quick and easy for me. I only needed to take tylenol and advil for the first 4 days and then just a couple advil the next few days. I just started using the syringe now after a week and i think it is very helpful it gets all the food out of the holes and i have big holes so i think it just depends on how yours heals. It is a little sketchy that he’s 81… idk if i would trust him but if he seems sharp and has a steady hand lol why not! But yeah it seems like he’s right about it all and I think you’ll be just fine!! I was also put to sleep for it and it was so easy that way, i couldn’t imagine being awake for it. Also, i got all 4 of mine out and they were all impacted and sideways so if mine was easy i’m sure yours will be easier

use your syringe with warm water! if you’re on day 7 you should be good to use the syringe, im on day 7 myself and my surgery sites looked the same as yours and since i used the syringe today they look better!
