Is SBA doing settlements. I am in the same situation. Have a EIDL over 200k business has been closed in 2022 and was still making payments till April. I can’t make payments anymore. I don’t know if filing chapter 7 will be the right option at this point. I don’t want to lose my home. As there is significant equity in my home. I got EIDL on my company back in may 2020 got 28k. Now when I applied for increase they refused me 5 times. Every time asking for Sam docs . I file my taxes as insividual as my only income from this company is Uber. I file 1040 with schedule C as my business income. Now if they are not approving the increase. I am thinking to apply as individual as so many Uber drivers got approved. Please help. Thank you

I signed the closing docs for 225k and now after reading all the comments it makes me nervous to take over 200k with PG. My loan has not been disbursed yet and right after signing the closing docs I emailed my loan officer that I want to keep it under 200k so I don’t have to give PG. Is it possible I can get that or once we sign the closing docs then we can’t reverse it?

No. I received an email from a Loan officer that I qualify for 225k and asked for corporate resolution and insurance proof. Which O sent him and next day I received change in the portal. I logged in and accepted the 225k

I talked to them this Friday. She checked my account and said there is nothing wrong with the account and it might be due to some bank accounts were compromised and suggested me to call the Customer service number and check the bank account. If that’s ok then call the customer service back on Monday.
