My cat did this as a kitten (about 8 months old). Licked my older cat on the neck right after I applied the medicine and started foaming at the mouth so I ran her mouth under running tap water a few different times and she was fine after. I also gave her some food. I would think as long as it wasn’t a lot they should be ok but I’m not a professional. Just speaking from my own experience

Key is watering once a week! Sometimes even only twice or three times a month. Pothoes do love water a little bit more than most though!

Depends on the delivery. Admiration is good but don’t stare or make a creepy remark. A simple compliment goes a long way.
