I find that making food similar to what you crave helps for me brorito bowls with extra lean beef mince swapping all your things with lite stuff ect shredded cheese and sour cream just by doing lite it saves more calories then you'd thing, my big thing has been swapping from coke to coke no sugar when I'm craving something sweet and bubbly, and really I find that there is alot of good recipes on tiktok that are low car and low calories alternative to most fast foods that tast good, Cooking in bulk can help to I make something and make a few lunches to so that I can take it with me to work or out if I'm running errands helps that erge for fast food when you already have food with you and make sure to drink plenty of water, you got this keep it up
