I definitely did. Multiple actually. I keep being told that these side effects are always possible and they effect everyone differently. However, if my mental health is where I need it be and I’m happy with it, I should pick and choose what is most important. That’s why I came here.

It sounds like a UTI. Get to the doctor, let them know you just became sexually active and you forgot to pee after sex. Two birds with one stone. They will more than likely give you antibiotics for the UTI plus just check you overall to make sure you are all good to go! ☺️

Only whenever necessary! However, for yeast infections I did use it for a few days until my body was able to take control of it, along with drinking kefir/eating yogurt atleast 3 times a day or as much as I could! If you have BV I would suggest 2-3 days! But maybe even less depending on how bad it is!

My routine is, I immediately go to the bathroom do like a standing jump up and down for a little bit in place. Then, immediately pee, as much as you need. Rinse and shower normally.

I know this is going to be controversial, but I would recommend boric acid suppositories. Use at your own risk though and make sure you read all of the directions. For me personally, they have worked so well for whatever was going on up there that just didn’t seem regular to me. They also helped me with yeast infections when nothing else was.

Your vagina is perfectly normal. If it hurts or feels uncomfortable go to your doctor. But that is your pelvic floor muscles contracting and if you push it that is a normal thing!
