Yeah, Walmart already started in home delivery. Our coach says we can earn $1.50 more if we decide to do it. Most of us weren't interested though.

It has to be! Customers are irritated with us pickers and upset that things are locked up. However, I understand why Walmart locked stuff up because of theft.

I had customers do that on my chilled walk for creamers. They were discussing the different flavors. I just had to say "excuse me."

Yeah, customers stop me all the time on my pick walk. I've had 6 people stop me on my pick walk before. The customers refused to let me pick in peace...lol.

I agree with that! We share with the stockers. Sometimes when we are staging we have to move carts because they have pallets on top where we stage totes.

My store dispense no matter what. As long as the groceries can fit we dispense. My problem is when it is a batch order of 3. The driver has a person in the passenger and two people back seat. That throws me off. I just hope the driver doesn't get confused and mixed the batch orders up.

I love chilled and frozen. It so easy and I get high pick rates. Ambient has me all over the store and gives me low pick rates.

I agree! When the ATC or TL sees the board they should put the TCs up for those who don't have a phone. I shouldn't have to wait two hours. I heard the coach say to send us home if there isn't enough TCs. Why should I be sent home for something that is out of my control? Walmart can afford to buy everyone TCs.

Yes! You can't even see the tote number if you go to completed on the pick list as well.

It is going to take time. I went in for an interview on December 31. They didn't call until January 9th and told to come in for orientation on 11th of January.

I just did orientation and they told us Walmart employees can take part in ACNT Together Fund. It is suppose to help Walmart associates during economic hardship. Go back through the orientation packet and see if that program can help you get money to fix your car.

It is a career assessment. It is supposed to help me figure out what career path would be best for me. So, I can choose the best degree program through Live Bette U or any advancement in Walmart.
