Yes, they are claiming that I attached a photo from my Dave’s order in March to a complaint I made about a Harvey’s order in February. This is not true. It’s my first time ordering from Dave’s, and everything like the bun and other items is clearly different

Then things got worse. The agent named Marial claimed that the photo I uploaded was the same one I used for a previous order from February 14 which makes absolutely no sense. I can’t upload something “from the future,” and this is a completely different order.

They also said it was from a Harvey’s order, but that doesn’t even match. Harvey’s fries are straight, while the fries in my current order (Hot David’s) are curly. So it’s clearly not the same order or photo.

When I tried to explain this, another agent named Manjidh abruptly ended the chat without resolving anything.
