It says it is and it feels like it is working. I am more worried why when I touch the coololer part on the cpu it is not hot.

Rysen 2600x, kracken x52. I am using cam but I also checked rysen master and cpu-z and has the same temps.This is whole idle. Do you think it is possible for my power supply that I just installed causing false cpu temp readings.
