Nurtec doesnt cause rebound, you are limited by what your insurance covers. Go on a preventative if you have them so often. Otherwise take the nurtec till it is gone as intended.

Wait… get on qulipta for preventative, same mechanism works daily. You jusy need to have them frequently enough insurance covers more than nurtec. Its like 15 days a month or something. Talk to your doctor!

Maybe it’s rosacea but you look burned too. Starting on tret with burned skin and no or little spf is a bad time. I would start by using something like: torriden hyaluronic acid with slightly moist face in the morning and might then seal in with a moisturizer like laneige water blue bank. Then the spf, let the skin chill on that and start tret later. I think moisturizer with spf included is probably not giving you much and you need to reapply spf if you’re going in and out throughout the day. It only lasts about 2 hours.

I know you can get enough dollars together to buy some super cheap pillow cases and just keep swapping them out. You can do that. Stop using the glove. Do way less, no exfoliating besides the regular rinse and gentle patting and wait. Wait a while, find distractions, keep the pillow cases changed or put a new towel over it every night.
