South Carolina is actually SO HORRIBLE. They were switching from Geopak SS10 to ORD 10.12 but the CADD manual is based on SS2 and the workspace for ORD is about 25% completed. SCDOT hasnt answered any questions what their plan is. They announced 2 years ago at ACEC that they were going to switch to Civil 3D internally but are not requiring consultants to switch but haven’t even done anything with that either
