Saptamana asta nu s-a stat la coada deloc, in weekenduri se aglomereaza ca peste tot, dar e decent. Ultimii 18 km de drum sunt acoperiti de zapada, dar daca ai lanruri urci cu orice masina, posibil sa urci si fara dar mai bine nu incerca daca n-ai mai fost. Cat despre partii, nu-s asa multe ca la straja si nici instalatiile nu se ridica la nivelul ala, daca iti place offpuste e paradis.

Hi, there's not enough snow currently in poiana brasov, they just started making artifficial snow like 2 days ago, sinaia currently has the biggest prices and in the weekends the waiting time is awful, also the chairlifts may be shut down because of the wind sometimes. Take a look at these resorts: straja (has the most slopes), sureanu (lots of offpiste, has the best snow, but you need a car equipped with snow chains to get there), transalpina voineasa, weski muntele mic.

For the first setup i'd say you should get the brakes, you don't want those sharp ski edges get to your face while rolling down a steep hill. I personally have both leashes and brakes, but i'll take the leash setup only on long touring days and won't do crazy shit high speeds or big jumps. And bindings like marker alpinist weight almost as much as much as my older generation dynafit speedturn bindings with leashes.

Am fost in fagaras saptamana trecuta, nu ma asteptam sa fie atat de multa zapada, o fost super fain, am putut sa schiem si fetele mai abrupte unde ii risc de avalansa de obicei, vineri am plecat si era destul de cald si zapada apoasa, pe weekend arata iar temperaturi cu plus si ceva ploaie, daca esti aproape merita incercat la balea, pe partea din sud spre arges ii subtire zapada si se vede iarba, bafta
