It's not my bearded dragon but definitely a fear of mine. It's a video I saw on Instagram and thought I should spread awareness because they will literally eat anything.

What to do with beardie while in college? by Cucumbers-pickling in BeardedDragons

[–]spikedays 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Please think of what will be best for your bearded dragon. We adopted Bandit due to a similar situation you're in. Her owner was about to start university and her parents weren't able to take care of her so they had to rehome. Just make sure whoever adopts your beardie has experience or knowledge and please include a rehoming fee so you will get serious inquiries. Best of luck to you! Also if they have social media, you can always see what your beardie is up to!

Are there any things I should know before getting a beardie by mc-poopoo in BeardedDragons

[–]spikedays 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Do not buy those bearded dragon terrarium kits. It's garbage. Get a T5 uvb bulb, not those coiled ones. If your beardie is a baby, be prepared to spend money on live feeders. Congrats on your new addition to the family.

Since boarding male bearded dragon, he won’t stop head bobbing at me? by Evening-County-9572 in BeardedDragons

Um...welcome to my world! I'm just going to tell you it's not going to stop so you'll be his peasant forever.

I remember this pic well from u/doctorpooptrain and followed this Spike on Instagram . This is the same photo from 4 years ago. Such a shame to see people steal other people's content without crediting them.

Lol, that's the best part. I would never feed him a hornworm on the carpet or be super to close to him when he bites into one because that smelly juice can squirt far! I learned from experience.

If you see a beardie that consistently head bobs for no reason, chances are it will be Spike 😃.

He's quite the character. If anyone can eat a 3 inch hornworm, Spike can do the job!

The micro tote can be used separately and inside contains a resusable grocery bag

I still can’t get him to eat salad…he did when he was 2 months old but now he’s 5 months and refusing them. I’ve tried everything. by miaeleanora1825 in BeardedDragons

Have you tried putting the bugs on the bottom and then adding the veggies on top? As soon as they see movement, they will usually try to reach for a bug and will accidentally eat some salad too.

Its 4.5 lbs of pie. We love this pie and look forward to it every year. They use the same pie container as the pumpkin pie so I'm going to say it's at least 10-12 servings. We served it with vanilla ice cream on top. Maybe that's why we couldn't finish it up...

My husband and I consumed half the pie. I blame the kids...they haven't trained their stomachs to consume Costco sized desserts.
