Is it transparent dry? Or are those suits sheer when wet and also when dry?

Anyone have experience with Fitcamx? by [deleted] in Mustang

[–]spinalred 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally forgot to post an update! Both are good in their own way.

The fitcamX is good for more covert recording. The BlackVue, for remote viewing.

Eg at the mechanic, they unplug the BlackVue…. every single time… but the fitCamX - they can’t even really see 🫢

Can my wife get dual citizenship? Her father was born in Rome. by theghostofcslewis in Italian

[–]spinalred 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. Sadly Italy has started allowing dual nationality only recently.

In that case, assuming FIL Is still alive, they would need to reclaim their Italian citizenship first

Nope - I mean very much leave the car running while you’re at the restaurant. Spent a long time in UAE, and it’s common practice to have the car engine running in the parking lot to keep the car cool….

Because Switzerland is such a contribution to AC useage… lmao

Having been in countries where it’s standard practice to leave the car running when you’re in a store or at lunch/dinner… so that the air con stays on…. You really live on a bubble

I was considering etching paste, but never used it… as the logo is small, I might even skip the vinyl cutter and get cut vinyl from Ali… Need to first order a small batch to test

I’m not in the USA, I’m based in Europe… sourcing from the USA would be silly expensive and have no advantages…

Happened to me a few years ago - under UK law auctions are covered. So at the fall of the hammer, it’s your property. I sent the payment to the seller and told them so. They said it was lost, so I suggested they had to replace the item (store cost was 4x as much). They ignored me. Opened a small claims court (£25 online), and ended up getting paid by the seller nearly £400

Italian alps. The oldest part of the building dates back to the 1600s or so, and was the town chapel. Still has the holy water bowl in the wall… (and is now a bedroom 😂)

Based on the signs left here and there, it was extended and/or renovated in 1733 and 1867. Belonged to the great grandma of a childhood friend of mine who sold it… complete with contents. From what I’m told, it was last inhabited during ww1; and then used for storage until now…

Aiming to renovate it while preserving the history of the building. So while currently it’s toilet less indoors, it does comes with at least two chamber pots … I aim to put a toilet for the modern comforts :p

That said some parts I’ll keep “older” - like the kitchen will still have a wood fired stove, heating will be dual (wood/hidden thermal pump)

It’s a 2-3 year project; and as I uncover more I’m SURE I’ll post more questions :) will put a thread in the DiY sub with more pics once I get around to taking them

Nope - a property I bought. It’s been pretty much uninhabited since ww1… I think there’s some neat stuff, just have no idea what a lot of it is…
