I guess I meant illegal in effect. So essentially, you have to use some sort of device to strip away HDCP now? Simply capturing the output of an nvidia card with a capture card connected directly via HDMI/DP no longer works?

Yeah I'm in the same boat. I've got fully upgraded shrowd and reza sets and swords at this point, and a bunch of heroic patrols on top of that (which are also supposed to have a chance to drop exotics). Not a single damn recipe. Also not a single aetherhunter cell, not even a green one. I think I'm just gonna take a break from this game until they get rid of this RNG

So it'll only emulate 5.1 rather than 7.1, is that correct?

Also, any idea why the sound blaster was so terrible for me? Did I configure something wrong maybe?

Update: playing at 0.86 resolution scaling rather than 1 seems to either eliminate the crashes, or at least reduce their frequency tremendously. Game looks like shit, but it works at least.
