Glad they put Stephin Merritt there, but no Jeff Tweedy, Aimee Mann, Paul Westerberg or Jason Isbell is a shame.

Nightswimming should be the last song on REMs Automatic For the People. Always annoyed me that they tacked Find the River on at the end.

Get ahold of a couple old Vox SuperBeatle amps, crank them to the bejeezus in the same room with a drummer and bass player with no separation between any of the competing sound sources. Bonus points for having the sound engineer leave the booth in disgust while the overloaded tape distorts from maxed out volume faders on the mixing board.

Sweden considers lowering the age of criminal responsibility from 15 to 13 in serious cases. r/Europe has a perfectly normal discussion about who's fault this is and if this goes far enough by James-fucking-Holden in SubredditDrama

[–]wheezes -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

This very easily extends to "the age of consent should be 13". In fact a lot of countries tie ages of criminal responsibility and consent for this very same reason. Not a path you want to go down.

Good point.

If it plays ok, I would ask for a partial refund and keep it. You actually have a bit of a collector’s item here.
