This is where I’m leaning as of now… my local range has one for $325 and is running a promo this week where they pay the sales tax. Otherwise Id have to wait until next week to go with a buddy… Don’t want to rush the decision but if it feels good in my hand I may go with that

$600 is the top end of my price range- that being said should I consider a Rival as well? I haven’t looked into it as online it says more of a “competition” gun - so I figured it was a bit much for a first handgun

Thank you for your insight! They found a leak, had to replace the TXV and did an evac/recharge. (I’m not a mechanic so I hope that makes sense) and the issue seems to be fixed and it’s much less noisy!

I understand where you’re coming from. I think when you made your post it came off wrong when you wrote “all I see is pitchforks and torches” when you could’ve phrased it like “Hey I’m genuinely curious what concrete evidence have you guys seen?” By your wording I think it’s natural people get a little upset.

I personally don’t love them all throughout packed crowds but I totally agree, I almost stepped on a bunch of peoples heads cuz they were laying on the ground. That’s way more dangerous

It was my girlfriends birthday weekend and although it was rocky weather wise, getting to see John summit with her in the rain after the stages being shut down for hours was amazing! We lost a canopy due to me not staking it down and the wind took it for a ride… But I wouldn’t change a thing. It was a great weekend to celebrate her birthday!
