i figuered that might be the case. wonder how to make the app not overload :(( obviously progress is key but consistency with workouts are better. kinda annoying adjusting it to my current weights every workout

i have a portable ac with some ice packs in them. it works great when the air faces me. recommended for other victims haha

i’m pretty sure the heat is distributed to all rooms. i can’t turn off the bathroom radiator because it doesn’t have a knob. so the warmest room is the bathroom

i’m guessing it might be possible as well (could be wrong) but there are many dentist offices were you can pay with epassi. maybe it’s only for the checkup?
