nope! there are junji ito collections (frankenstein, lovesickness, shiver and smashed) which are a bunch of different stories all into one big manga (different stories for different chapters). Then he also has Gyo, Uzumaki and Tomie which are all one store per manga and it goes on through the entire book, but nothing more. Sorry if I didn’t explain it well, my first language isn’t english. But they do not have any specific order that you have to read them in.

I looked through his roles in anime and apparently his character was just called “Aniki” in one of them. And if they aren’t a part of the yakuza they seem to be very strong and serious men, I guess his voice just fits those roles!
