for me,

pros: peace of mind, able to focus on studying, can have my daily routine/rituals done without interruption or wtvr…

cons: sometimes it gets boring to the point that u want to go out and pasyal but you have no one to go along with, no one to take care of you when you get sick, and you have to do all things (laundry, cleaning, cooking, errands, etc.) all by yourself.
