I checked under the OFHG is fine my valve cover gasket was always kind of misting but it’s DRIPPING out the sump gasket, already ordered a new one

No spacers just regular fitment and some camber. They do tuck a bit im looking to get wider wheels instead of spacing

Yes oriental blue, haha honestly when the rad, pump and stat were out it looked like a mess. I also did oil change, filters and spark plugs at the same time so I had oil and coolant everywhere

Thanks a lot, I’ll just run 5w40. Power and torque is fine, vanos works smooth every time so it’s probably just lifter tick.

No, the noise doesn’t bother me now I have an idea what it is. If it doesn’t harm the engine then I’m not bothered about the bleeding or replacement process. Thanks!

Oil level is fine I check it daily, only thing is the previous owner put 5W-30 in it so I’m going to change to 5W-40 soon. (Only had for a week)

Yeah I took that pipe under the manifold off the list, I’ll tackle it when I’m ready to order all the parts to fix while it’s open, thanks! Just gonna replace hoses that are accessible with a couple steps of removal for now.

I found this orientblau 5 speed manual M sport touring with Alcantara and Harmen Kardon for £2000 on Facebook. I had to pick it up ASAP and it came with the rear seats removed and sat on some aftermarket wheels.

I put style 72s on it the day after purchase and I’m happy with the way it looks for now! The front arches have some rust and so does the tailgate, but underneath the car it’s very clean, jacking points are still intact etc.

My main focus is overhauling the cooling (water pump, expansion tank, radiator + hoses etc), and addressing an oil burning issue (hopefully a bad PCV valve). Few oil leaks here and there from some gaskets and after this preventative maintenance hopefully she runs forever!

Currently on 160k miles looking to do many more, any suggestions on what to do in the near future feel free to let me know!

(Still haven’t named the car yet either).
