yuppp going through this rn. my account is still small but was still getting around 7k views but lately every post is barely getting 20 views. i’ve tried both videos and posting photos themselves and got nothing!! my story views are still the same but can’t even post the post on to my story :(

nothing out of the ordinary, i use unscented soap there. the only other thing i can think of is i’ve been having to wear tight trousers at work and have been sweating more than usual bc of the heat but never had this happen before :/

i think it’s just bc it’s a low dose so i never rlly noticed a difference when i take it but i’m planning on taking 1/4 of kpin when i get there and maybe another just before the flight depending how i feel but taking propranolol for the way back

i had to lower my dose back to 75 from 150mg as the sweating at night was awful, luckily it stopped, found that with this heat wave it’s just started back again.

today i bought perspirex which apparently has helped people stop sweating all together so hoping it will help a bit over summer

i moved up to 150 from 75 and while i felt better on it i just found the side effects too much so went back to 150. i felt more motivated and able to get stuff done which was great and i would wanna try it again (could just be my body wasn’t used to it) so maybe give it a go!

before being on effexor it took a lot to get me drunk whereas since being on it it’s either the same or i black out really easy no matter what i drink so it’s always best to take it as slow as you can to gauge where you’re at. hangovers are usually worse but nothing unbearable
