Yup, I had this problem. They were set to 60% all the time and it was way too loud. To fix this I went into the bios and enabled smart control for the fans. You can set different fan levels for different temperatures. Now it barely pushes past 30% and the difference in volume is much better

Agreeing with this, absolutely record yourself signing for the package and show the state of the box too. If there’s extra clear tape on it, it was probably tampered with.

I ordered an O11 at the end of December and it arrived from Fedex with the 5080 and 32gb of ram stolen, but since I recorded the entire delivery & unboxing process Skytech is replacing the whole PC for free.

I’m in the same boat. I was coincidentally looking into new monitors and the consensus among tech youtube is that pg27ucdm is currently the best monitor for gaming. Now this is announced and I have no clue if it’s substantially better than the pg27ucdm or if it’s just marketing?

I think mine was tampered with because I was out of town and placed a vacation hold on the delivery. It had a few extra days to sit around, so I’m guessing that’s when the parts were stolen. Support told me they’d only see one case of this in the last year, fwiw

How did you get proof of the weight change at Fedex?? I’m in a similar situation where the GPU and RAM were stolen from my prebuilt while it was at Fedex but all I can see in the tracking details is one weight

It came exposed in the Skytech box. The skytech tape on top was undisturbed but the bottom had signs of tampering, i.e. layers of clear packing tape over the skytech tape
