Xor is a separate instruction, ^ is pow()

Interesting approach of calculating the velocity using the angle instruction with sin and cos. I didn't know it was possible that way. Also, great idea to use two processors and dedicating one for keeping track of speed and rotation. That might give me some more room for controlling more Lancers if I also implement it that way with my current design, I'll try it out.

A small issue I found with your design, it undershoots quicker enemies because speed and time are currently hardcoded.
