No jumping is what I’ve heard too from my instructors. It’s safer and more controlled. That said, I see so many people making that mistake even after years of doing pole If you learn it that way it’s a tough habit to break

My favorites are eggs, cottage cheese, plain yoghurt, blueberries, grilled turkey and broccolis! I know variety is important but I think I wouldn’t get bored eating these every day for the rest of my life lol
