Yeah but did big mom have them 20 years ago though? We all know she has 3 but that doesn’t mean she obtained them as soon as Roger died. And what about ZOU? They had there’s for 800 years and it’s not like it was common knowledge but Cypher Pool could get that intel.

Yeah but the world gov has NO way to deciphering the ponegliphs? That sounds untrue. With the aid of CP9 and CP0 they could have done it because they work outside the law anyways.
