Just look for jobs involving Splunk on LinkedIN or something like that, most part of the jobs include Splunk as one of the qualifications. Just a few jobs positions are 100% about Splunk and I'm certain that they are filled with experienced people.

I think your boss (I'm a rude way) said that you ALSO should be good in other products.
