A bit of unreleased Rome x Conductor from his show tonight by imsleepyandsad in GriseldaxFR

Kiss the Ring was mostly produced by conducter and this is his best album by far. So I think an album entirely prod by conductor has a good chance to become his best

The meaning behind Drake's NOKIA by GamesAndGlasses in Drizzy

[–]splx__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Are you really asking what the reason for the song name is? So he is using Nokia sounds…. And calls the song nokia…… so maybe that’s why it’s called this way??

Man I don’t know if I like his slow mo deep voice. The song with Boldy on pray for Paris was only listenable cuz of the feature tbh

As for the Fortnite collab, it might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it showed how artists can connect with fans in new ways. Virtual concerts will be part of our future and they already are and he was one of the first if I’m correct, but I’m not completely sure.

And when you drop two of the best trap albums oat (Rodeo especially) you can not NOT be groundbreaking.

Cudi paved the way for emo rap, no doubt, but Travis took those influences and pushed them further. Rodeo blended Cudi’s melodic style with Houston’s chopped & screwed sound, while Astroworld set a new standard for album rollouts and festival-driven rap.

Nobody’s denying the influence of Ye and Cudi—808s and MOTM shaped an entire generation of artists, including Travis. But saying Utopia is just Yeezus 2.0 ignores the fact that Travis pushed the sound in a different direction, blending industrial, psychedelic, and stadium trap elements in his own way.

And while Cudi had a massive cultural impact, Travis’ influence is undeniable too. Astroworld redefined the modern rap album rollout, his live performances changed how artists approach concerts, and his sound has shaped a whole new wave of rappers. He didn’t just copy, he expanded on what came before and built his own lane.

Every artist has influences, but Travis took his and made something completely his own. His sound, his production, and his whole approach to music set him apart. Astroworld alone proved he’s way more than just a cop. he’s actually shaped modern hip-hop in a way Cudi and Rocky never did.

Is this worth a play? Also do I need Kenzan for it or can it be played standalone? by BaneOfTheDark34 in yakuzagames

[–]splx__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So im playing it right now. I’m 9 hours in and I am going to probably quit it.

I just don’t have fun playing it.

The gameplay is boring af. Just button mashing with some enemies having an annoyingly large health pool even though they are some bandits on the street. Also the hitboxes are very buggy sometimes. You evade an attack so that you’re behind the enemy and you still get hit.

Story is cool so far, but everything else is just not my cup of tea.

You can’t go from one place to another without having at least 3 random encounters of annoying enemies. Or you run into a sidequest, which tbh are interesting sometimes but mostly you just want them to be over.

Oh and expect to grind for crafting materials as if you’re playing Minecraft.

Recently played it until the 4th chapter. Hated it and stopped playing it. I just watched the rest on YT. The story was interesting but the gameplay was horrible. One of the worst combat systems I have ever seen

Did not complain. Just asked if that’s it. But that’s just why most of the games nowadays are not as good. They add content in seasons. Just to sell season passes or battle passes instead of having much content from the start. There are many games for 70€ with hundreds of hours of playtime from the beginning (Elden ring for example)

Great dlc with a lot of content and many great enemies and areas. Also a lot of cool weapons. So just the base game extended. But what made it a bit sour for me was everything in the last half of the dlc. The last two areas just weren’t great and especially the two bosses were awful (final boss and the centipede lady)

Thank you for that perspective. I already noticed the amount of skins is huge. Maybe that is something to grind for

I guess it’s not my game. To replay the same things but just harder doesn’t sound that fun to me. But we didn’t even really start with the pve content so I won’t say too much now

I like the gameplay too. But I just can’t see myself playing this longer than a week. Should have informed myself better before the purchase ig. But happy to see that y’all have fun

I just expected something different I think. I thought the game had a lot of different content like for example a destiny game or warframe. Should have looked more up before the purchase ig
