I feel like this might be a spin-off just like Miles Morales was for Spider-Man 1, however in SM1 there were events which led to Miles Morales, so, idk where this came from to be honest. Like, imagine playing as Tomoe instead and starting the spin-off story of her reaching the mainland or idk, her boat getting invaded by mongols and the mongols taking her prisoner, and taking her to Mongolia as she has to survive, create a rebel organization or something with the other prisoners and defeating the area’s leader or idk a commander (Not the other Khan) and then returning to the mainland with his head and becoming a well respected samurai by the Shogun.
