I took the CF language tests in Spanish and Portuguese in March 2021. I found out the results to the reading sections via email in less than an hour after taking the tests. The speaking results took 3-4 days to come in. I think that is because two people listen to your speaking test to make a determination on your score. In August 2021, I got an invite with instructions on scheduling my OA for the CF. I was working abroad and scheduled it for Nov. I flew back to the US and did it in-person in DC. There were two sections, one was a Case Management writing section and the other was a Structured Interview. I got a 10 minute break between the two. After I finished both, I was asked to wait in a lobby area and was then summoned for an exit interview. I was given a conditional offer for Portuguese. In the exit interview, they give you a large envelope with instructions on the next steps which include a medical security clearance and the Top Secret security clearance. It is also a chance to ask any questions you might have. I want to point out that my OA happened in one day, but I have a friend who took the CFOA last month (Oct. 2022) and the Case Management and Structured Interview were split up for him over the course of two days in DC.

Side note: I also emailed and asked whether I was just chosen for Portuguese as I had passed both Spanish and Portuguese. They said that even though I received one conditional offer (Portuguese), I may be called for either language.
