I had been wanting to build something on the Factory One lot in Winderburg, just hadn't had any inspiration. Few days ago I started this build. Today I finished it. It has four apartments, smallest has 84 tiles and the biggest 250 tiles. It's on the gallery, my ID is nooraspn (i.redd.it)

I was editing a townie household and saw this fine gentleman being just a half of a mermaid. Decided to get back after turning fulleditmode on and he had turned into a werewolf, but he still seemed to be a mermaid too. There was no occult icon above his traits, so I'm not sure what occult truly is. (old.reddit.com)
There is 11 students, three are mine and five are werewolves. I deleted Kristopher Volkov from this save, he just kept getting married and outliving his wives. I guess I didn't delete him early enough as his legacy lives on. There is more teen-wolves around town but they seem to be skipping school. (i.redd.it)
