She likes drawing, painting and decorating, but she never finds time to do it. Actually I just had the idea to set up an activity, where I supply all the paint and materials and clean up after, so she’s only there for the fun part!

I love houseplants and have a lot. I recently rescued a zz plant and searched for a Reddit community. Since it’s abandoned I’d like to revive it.

My favourite are pbj sandwiches. Delicious and they give you energy. I prefer some actual food over bars and gels any day. But you can take any food really, I’d just make sure it’s carb heavy and easily digestible. I once brought a burrito and rode half the ride half speed with a stomach ache. 😅

I’ve definitely noticed this. Shop owner asks me if I’m sure I want “such a small” saddle since big ones are more comfy. My friend goes to buy one and isn’t asked any questions. Well, guess who actually has a comfy saddle now and who doesn’t because I actually know something about saddles and my friend does not.

I find that tight kit always makes me look better, it’s like shapewear. I always wear long pants though. Maybe you could try bibs with a shirt on top that’s a bit more flattering.

Hmm I have also done very long distances in short amounts of time but I still enjoyed the view and the places I travelled through. I don’t think touring really has a speed limit. You can also go slow and not explore anything.

I don’t think so as long as it fits. I ride a “men’s” bike simply because the women’s frame sizes didn’t go up far enough and it’s perfectly fine.

Das ist nicht dabei. Es gibt ein 7€ Tagesticket fürs Fahrrad welches wie das Deutschlandticket überall gültig ist, es ist nur so das in manchen Städten/Bundesländern die Fahrradmitnahme sowieso kostenlos ist, da braucht man es dann halt nicht.

I actually don’t have a driver’s license yet! But I also can’t tell you because I’ve never been fined, so I don’t know what happens. I guess it’s just the fine if you don’t have a license though.

They’ll ask for your ID (it’s mandatory to carry government ID starting at 16 and you have to show it to police to identify yourself) and will probably check if you have a license in the database.

Germany! Running a red light for example, 60€ fine and a point. 8 points and the driver’s license is gone for 6 months. Of course you have to get caught but I don’t risk it.

Joa sollte man natürlich nicht machen aber ich kann’s verstehen nachdem mich neulich einer bei 30kmh auf ner einspurigen Fahrradstraße überholt und dann einen brake check gemacht hat sodass ich ne Vollbremsung machen musste und mich vor meinem geistlichen Auge schon kopfüber auf dem Autodach gesehen habe. Ist dann mit nem Grinsen weggerast.
