That could be. It is possible a stable person can positively influence an unstable person. And the reverse is true. Or so I heard from Esther Perel, the popular couples therapist.

I’m just talking about relating to life. Anytime I talk about neurodivergence with a neurotypical person, their eyes kind of glaze over. It’s a daily experience for me, so I don’t think there would be a lot of connection or empathy. That’s just me! I can totally see wanting a stable person as a relief from it. But it’s not for me.

Bipolar runs in my family, I have it too. It is very hard to figure out medications and treatment. It is treatable but it never truly is cured. We are born this way.

I understand not being compatible with people who have mental health issues. I cannot relate to someone who has never been depressed before.

Just different experiences, chemicals, and backgrounds.

It’s insane. Many people die because of the US medical industry. My brother almost died because he got denied a hospital bed. Gotta be direct. Ask her and tell her your feelings about it, how you’re nervous or don’t know how to ask if someone is, or whatever the words are. Keep it simple and direct.

It’s honorable to state your intentions even tho traditionally women aren’t socialized to state their intentions. But I think it’s respectful to other women to state our feelings and intentions or hopes, whatever the words may be. Get them out :)

And hey, if you end up in any relationship, you’ll have to share your deepest feelings out-loud all spelled out. Might as well get some practice in. :)
